The booking tools on this website are as sophisticated and intuitive as those you will find on any of the major travel portals. However, no matter what you have heard elsewhere, these tools are still very limited.

We recommend you use them only for simple, single destination airline, car hire or hotels bookings - you can click here to see the reason why.

For all international bookings, excepting New Zealand, and for holidays where air, land transfers and accommodation are bundled together, we recommend you speak to one of our consultants.

In simple terms  - if you book on-line and everything goes according to plan then you may save a few dollars. If anything goes wrong it will  go horribly wrong and you will be on your own. Bookings made by HRG consultants are fully supported - 24/7 - by an Australian help desk.
